READING THE SIGNS | Chin State, Myanmar

Little Passenger

At Yangon Railway Station, I noticed this child leaning out from the train window. The moment was simple, but the frame was already there—the window naturally separated the child from the busy background.

I stayed low, kept the composition clean, and waited for the eyes to meet the camera. The soft light on the face, the dark interior behind, and the child’s hand reaching forward gave the image depth and emotion.

Sometimes street photography is not about chasing action. It is about seeing the frame first, then waiting for the right expression.
