The Kayin State is the landlord of the beautiful caves and the vendor of the cool breeze from mighty river Thanlwin; it is also the relief of the Dawna Mountain range. This is where the Kayin people grow the paddy, sesame, sugar-cane and groundnuts as the tradition living career. Pha-An will be the capital of State where you can reach within 5 ½ hours drive from Yangon. The famous Mt. Zwegabin will be the landmark and the monument of Kayin; the local market would be all time attraction where you will see Kayin women in colorful traditional costumes.

Kyaikhtiyo; one of the most interesting and sacred Buddhist sites in Myanmar,
the sacred golden boulder is balanced precariously and legendarily some hairs of Buddha placed in the pagoda and prevent from falling.
Once you are in Kyaikhto City (in Mon State) you will proceed to the base camp of Kinpun where you take the local open truck to climb up the hill to reach to Yathae Taung 2nd base camp.
From here a 45mins walk up will take you to Kyaikhtiyo (the Golden Rock) and its surrounding. There are a lot of local teashops and rest places as well as local souvenir shops, some small shops which you can try traditional Myanmar medicine made from woods.

With a fascinating boat ride across the mighty river Ayeyarwaddy, you can reach to Mingun and one of the worlds' largest bronze bells.
