1. တကၠသိုလ္ တစ္ခုခုမွ ဘြဲ႕ရရွိၿပီသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
2. Tour Operation တစ္ခုလံုးကို ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြာျဖင့္ စီမံခန္႕ခြဲႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
3. Itinerary ေရးဆြဲျခင္းႏွင့္ Costing တြက္ခ်က္ျခင္းမ်ားကို ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြာေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
4. ျပည္တြင္းရွိ Tour Destinationမ်ားကို ေကာင္းစြာသိရွိၿပီး Tour Package မ်ားကို စိတ္ဝင္စားဖြယ္ျဖစ္ ေအာင္ ေရးဆြဲႏိုင္ရမည္။
5. English စာ ေရး၊ဖတ္၊ေျပာ ကၽြမ္းက်င္ၿပီး ႏိုင္ငံျခားသားမ်ားႏွင့္လည္း စကားေျပာဆိုႏိုင္သူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
6. Internet, Email ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြာ အသံုးၿပဳႏိုင္ရမည္။
7. Hotels မ်ား၊ Transportation Agencies မ်ား၊ Restaurants မ်ားႏွင့္Contract ခ်ဳပ္ဆိုျခင္း ၊ ညွိႏိႈင္းျခင္း မ်ားျပဳလုပ္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
8. လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အႀကံဳ Operation Manager ရာထူးျဖင့္ အနည္းဆံုး (၃) ႏွစ္ရွိသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
9. လိုအပ္ပါက ခရီးသြားလာႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
