မြန်မာအမျိုးသားလေကြောင်း၏ ပြည်တွင်းလက်မှတ်ရောင်းချခြင်းဆိုင်ရာစံသတ်မှတ်ချက်များ
၁။ ခရီးသည်မှ ခရီးစဉ်နှင့် ရက်သတ်မှတ်ထားသော လက်မှတ်များကို MNA Ticketing Counter များ၊ Website နှင့် နီးစပ်ရာ Travel Agent တို့တွင် ဝယ်ယူရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
၂။ ခရီးသည်များအနေဖြင့် သက်မှတ်ထားသော နေရာများတွင် ဝယ်ယူထားသော လေယာဉ်လက်မှတ် ပြ၍ ဖြစ်စေ၊ လေယာဉ်ခရီးစဉ်အတွက် ကြိုတင်စာရင်းသွင်းထားကြောင်း အတည်ပြုချက်ပြ၍ဖြစ်စေ Rapid Antigen Diagnostic Test (RDT) Kit ဖြင့် Covid-19 ရောဂါကင်းစင်ကြောင်း ကျန်းမာရေးစစ်ဆေးမှု ပြုလုပ်ပေးရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ Check-In ပြုလုပ်ရာတွင် ၃၆ နာရီအတွင်းစစ်ဆေးထားသော Negative Test Result ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
၃ (က)။ ခရီးသည်အနေဖြင့် Rapid Antigen Diagnostic Test တွင် Positive ပြပါက မြန်မာအမျိုးသားလေကြောင်းမှ ဝယ်ယူထားသော လက်မှတ်များအတွက် Free Date Change (သို့) Full Refund ပြန်လည်ပေးအပ်ပါမည်။
(ခ)။ Travel Agent မှတစ်ဆင့်ဝယ်ယူထားသော လက်မှတ်များအတွက် မိမိဝယ်ယူထားသော Travel Agent သို့ဆက်သွယ်ပေးရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၄။ ယခင် ဝယ်ယူထားသော ပြည်တွင်းလေယာဉ်လက်မှတ်ကိုလည်း ၂၀၂၀ခုနှစ်၊ ဒီဇင်ဘာလ (၁၆)ရက်နေ့မှ စတင်ပျံသန်းမည့် ပြည်တွင်းခရီးစဉ်များအတွက် Free Date Change ပြုလုပ်ပေးပါမည်။
၅။ ပြည်တွင်းလက်မှတ် ဆိုင်ရာ လက်မှတ်ရောင်းချမှု မူလစည်းမျဉ်းသက်မှတ်ချက်များ (Fare Rules) ပြောင်းလဲခြင်းမရှိပါ။ အမှတ်စဉ် (၁) မှ (၄) သည် Covid-19 ရောဂါ ဖြစ်ပွားနေသည့်ကာလအတွင်းဖြေလျော့ပေးထားခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။
မြန်မာအမျိုးသားလေကြောင်း ပြည်တွင်းခရီးစဉ်တွင်လိုက်ပါမည့် ခရီးသွားပြည်သူများအနေဖြင့် ကျန်းမာရေး နှင့် အားကစား ဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ထုတ်ပြန်ထားသော လေကြောင်းလိုင်းဝန်ထမ်းများ၊ လေဆိပ်ဝန်ထမ်းများနှင့် လေယာဉ်စီးခရီးသည်များ လိုက်နာရမည့် ကျန်းမာရေးဆိုင်ရာ စံသတ်မှတ်ချက်များ (Standard Operation Procedure – SOP) အားသေချာစွာ ဖတ်ရှုလေ့လာပေးရန် တိုက်တွန်းအပ်ပါတယ်ရှင်။

Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for MNA Domestic Ticket Sale
1. Confirmed flight tickets which bought at MNA ticket counter, Website, Application or through MNA authorized travel agents.
2. Get the Rapid Antigen Diagnostic Test (RDT) at the designated establishments by showing air ticket or reservation. The negative test result (within 36 hours) must present upon check-in.
3.(a) In the case of the passenger having positive result on Rapid Antigen Diagnostic Test (RDT) Kit, we offer full refund or free date change.
(b) If you purchased your ticket through Travel Agent, please kindly contact them for refund and date exchange matters.
4. We offer free date change for the passengers who purchased MNA domestic ticket before and would like to travel with the flights which are operating starting from 16 December 2020.
5. There is no changes in MNA domestic ticket terms and conditions (Fare Rules). No. (1) through (4) are terms and conditions that are lessened during Covid-19 outbreak.
We kindly request to all our passengers to read the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for airlines and passengers, issued by Ministry of Health and Sports thoroughly.
