It is one of the most popular local foods in Myanmar and can be found on the morning local markets and every coner street foods.Mont Lat Saung can be made on rice drops with coconut milk or jaggery caramel sauce, and bread or sticky rice.It is a perfect dessert during the hot day.Also some Myanmar's people are donated to all people in during Thingyan Festival(Myanmar's Happy New Year days).
