When it is time for Naadam POV of nomads

Herders gather horses at sunrise and tether the foals to a line. To start the milk flow, a foal is brought to its mother and then kept touching her side for the duration of the milking. The milker kneels, balancing a pail, while wrapping their arms securely around the mare's rear and front legs.

The fresh milk is poured into a large traditional cowhide bag called a khokhuur.

Fermentation converts the milk's high lactose content into lactic acid, alcohol, and carbon dioxide, making it easily digestible for lactose-intolerant individuals.
