The Lake Khuvsgul
The lake khuvsgul is located in the Khuvsgul aimag (province). The capital of this province is Murun city. to the north, Khuvsgul province borders with Russia, it is elevated above sea level by 3500 meters. There are such picturesque mountains as Burenkhaan, Khoridolsaridag, range of Erchim, Tagna, Soyon and such beautiful mountain passes as Jigleg, Toom, Jar, Uliin Khalzan davaa, and such magnificient sharp mountains as Delgerkhaan, Urandush, Shiluust, Tagnuue accompanied with sprinkling water of nearby rivers and springs filled with fresh air and beautiful flowers and fruits and for its majestic beauty the country of Khuvsgul was cherished by foreign tourists describing it as Mongolian Switzerland.
There are such many transparent river like Ider, Tes, Delger, Selenge and splendid lakes like Khuvsgul, Erkhel, Achmag, Tsenguel, Sangiin dalai etc. as for its forest reserve Khuvsgul is in the first place all over the country of Mongolia. It is rich in mineral water and fresh water lake.
The lake Khuvsgul is deepest lake in Central Asia as established. As this lake had emerged alongside the deepest cavity which had been formed during the orogenesis, the water capacity is great as 317m3.

Known as the coldest capital on earth, temperatures drops below freezing from September to May. From November to March the average maximum also drops below freezing and the minimum drops as low as minus 33°C (-28°F). There is, however, less wind and snowfall at this time of year than there is in the spring. March to mid-May bring sunshine with sudden snowstorms, and a biting wind chill factor that could see temperatures go as low as -5°C (23°F). Temperatures vary in September and October, when it can be hot one minute and cold the next. Light rain is common from May to September and thunderstorms hit in July and August, when around 50% of the days experience some rain. April and October have the lowest amount of rain and snow.

The best time to visit Mongolia’s capital is in the summer from June to August when the average minimum is around 12°C (54°F) and the average maximum is around 26°C (80°F). In July, the annual Naadam festival draws big crowds to Mongolia’s capital, although it is also celebrated elsewhere in the country. Nomadic families from all around Mongolia descend on the capital for this two-day event, during which Mongolian warriors compete in the traditional sports of horse racing, archery and wrestling.

Mongolian Gobi is a must see place in the world. Just because its unusual landscapes, and endangered species that choose to live here in this semi-desert. Mongolian Gobi is just as same as other deserts in world, hot and dry, water-less yet there are various kinds of vegetation, and World Red Book registered endangered animals and surrounded by oasis'. Most of the tourists get amazed how it's semi-desert and still there are rock and clay formations from ancient time. That is why 60-70 percent of the total tourist that are coming to Mongolia highly interested in taking a tour to Mongolian South Gobi.

Population of Mongolia is 3.119.935 (by 2016) and it places 138th in the world. Majority of population is the Khalkh Mongol tribe and it constitutes 85% of 21 provinces.
0-19 age youth constitutes 37.6%, 20-49 age constitutes 47.3%, 50-70 elders or retirement age constitutes 12.7%, and up age constitutes 2.4%.
Life expectancy for men is 65.4, for women 75.
Individuals turning age of 16 are issued identification card.
Retirement age for men is 60, and for women is 55.
