GDA - Global DMC Alliance An international network of DMCs 🔶 Sharing the best from meetings, incentives, conferences and ex We believe this to be a great advantage nowadays.

DMC4eu (the former name of GDA) was born from the idea of bringing together the best DMCs in Europe and placing their high level know-how and experience at the disposal of the market. All association members are small or medium size companies, each one of them specialists in their country of origin and offering the best solutions for the organization of events, congresses, conferences and incentiv

e trips. The spirit of the association is extremely young and dynamic with all partners sharing the same values of strong business ethics, liability, professionalism and sensitivity to market evolutions and clients’ needs. The aim is to make all logistical aspects of organizing an event as easy as possible by offering all-round assistance and a high level of expertise right from the very start. Many of the members come from the same background and their joint experience enables them to have the possibility to share together business contacts and know-how. Prospective DMCs wishing to join the association would need to undergo a thorough process which is in place to ensure that all partners are quality driven rather then being able to join the association just by paying an admission fee. This has a positive effect on clients and proves to be a USP for the association. As we all know, the MICE industry is largely based on personal contacts. This network is a guarantee for our clients who have the chance to meet reliable DMCs in various destinations through an introduction by someone they already know and trust.

An opening has been made available to assist in the Coordination of various projects that we are creating in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) industry in many cities around the world and online, resulting in channelling business to our DMC members
present in over 65 countries worldwide 📈.

• Full Time Project & Communications Coordinator role for people residing in Malta with experience in Event Coordination and dealing with the DMC industry.

• High level of communication skills using the correct tone of voice and presentation are key factors within this B2B environment.

• The right candidate would need to be:
- Comfortable using backend CRM systems for invitation & registration of attendees for events and tracking of requests

- Savvy with Microsoft Office including Excel for basic P&L purposes

- Conversant with Canva to create attractive designs to promote our events including webinars

- Fluent in written and spoken English – any other language is a bonus

- Assist in the publication of Newsletters and Blogs being comfortable using AI tools

- Ready to travel if required
