We’re thrilled to have you here. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please take a moment to review our house rules. By staying at Mango Tree Villa, you agree to abide by these guidelines.

**House Rules:**

1. **Check-In & Check-Out:**
- Check-in is available from 3 pm onwards. If you’re arriving after 9 pm, kindly inform us in advance.
- Check-out is by 12:00 pm. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

2. **Quiet Hours:**
- Please respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

3. **Pets:**
- Pets are not permitted within Mango Tree Villa or the surrounding resort premises.

4. **Smoking:** 🚭
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking areas are available—please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

5. **Safety & Security:**
- Lock doors and windows when leaving the villa. Mango Tree Villa is not liable for lost or stolen items.

6. **Cleanliness:**
- Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. Please use the provided bins for waste disposal and sort recyclables.

7. **Facilities:**
- Use of the outdoor grill is permitted; guests must provide their own charcoal. Kindly clean the grill after use.
- The pool is available for your enjoyment. Please shower before entering and avoid bringing glassware near the pool area.

8. **Damage & Repairs:**
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Please report any issues immediately so we can address them promptly.

9. **Visitors:**
- Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight. Day visitors are welcome with prior approval.

10. **Respect for Nature:**
- Mango Tree Villa is surrounded by beautiful greenery. Please avoid littering and treat the environment with care.

11. **Feedback:**
- We value your input! Feel free to share suggestions or compliments with us during your stay.

Responsibility & Assistance during your holiday

It is understood that Mango Tree Villa will not be held responsible for any harm, prejudice, loss or damage caused to the guests, namely if such harm, prejudice, loss or damage is caused by misleading information, non-conformity, malfunction of any appliance or equipment at the villa, incidents, and accidental injuries caused to the guests while staying at or using the villa and its premises.

In this respect, Mango Tree Villa recommends that all children staying in the villa are adequately supervised, especially when making use of an unfenced or uncovered swimming pool within the villa.

Mango Tree Villa will not be held responsible for the loss of clients’ personal effects, including money, during their stay at the villa, particularly in cases of burglary.

Mango Tree Villa recommends that our clients take all adequate insurance covers.
