A group of talented team members at Constance Ephelia stepped up to the challenge through the BRIGHT Leadership Development Programme to strengthen their skills, enhance their leadership capabilities and grow professionally.

We recently celebrated their graduation, recognising their passion for continuous learning and excellence. The ceremony was honoured by the presence of distinguished guests; including Mrs Amanda Bernstein , Minister for Tourism and Culture, along with representatives from the government, tourism and education sectors.

Our Spa teams recently took part in a Sisley Training & Workshop led by Rita Leiria from Sisley Paris, focusing on refreshing treatment protocols, introducing new techniques and discovering the latest innovations in skincare.

The session provided an opportunity for our Spa Managers, Head Therapists and new therapists to deepen their knowledge and master the new Sisley Signature Treatment protocols.
