We are looking back at a beautiful day filled with peace, focus, and mindful movement during our After School Activities Club!

Our students took some time to stretch, practice gentle yoga poses, and learn how breathing exercises can help them stay calm and energized after a busy day of learning. It is always a joy to see our club members embrace mindfulness with such bright smiles! ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ
