Launch of Dayforce Partner Academy

Dayforce has been a thought leader in skills development and capacity building in the IT industry. We trained and certified thousands of professionals through Dayforce Knowledge Hub (Previously Ceridian Learning Centre). Key programs like JEDI (Job Experience & Development Initiative), AppFactory partnership with Microsoft and strategic partnership with Universities have unlocked potential through innovative training.

April 2025 marks another milestone as we extended the ecosystem with our SI partners (System Integrator). This new alliance will enable our SI partners to grow faster through highly skilled HCM professionals.

Together we shall continue to shape up the future of work.

Celebrating 25 Years of Innovation & Growth at Dayforce Mauritius.

This milestone is a testament to our dedicated and talented people (Daymakers) who are the architect of our success. As we reflect on our journey, we celebrate the culture of collaboration and excellence which are rooted to our core values.

We marked this occasion with a vibrant in-office celebrations including delicacies, cake-cutting ceremony and exclusive Dayforce T-Shirts for our incredible team.

As the world prepares to celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8th, we at Dayforce Mauritius proudly embraced this year’s theme, , with an inspiring event organized by the Dayforce Elevate committee.

Through engaging discussions and shared experiences, we explored how we can take action to accelerate progress towards equity and inclusion. The Dayforce P&T team had an amazing time introducing .NET technologies to the brilliant 2nd-year students at Middlesex University Mauritius. We dived into both frontend and backend development while building a quiz app together—lots of coding, learning, and fun!
