About Sunset Villa
Sunset Villa itself was built in 2005 as a family home and has recently been converted into two separate floors for rental purposes.
Our star apartment is on the first floor of the Villa, and consists of 1 queen size bedroom and two king size rooms, all of which are fully furnished. You also have the option of using both the shower or bath suite during your stay. The fitted kitchen is a comfortable family size situated near the entrance of the flat, and is equipped with all the self catering essentials. There is a large dining room as well as a separate lounge which leads out on to the first floor balcony. The balcony has a stunning sea view backdrop of the west coast which makes it perfect for relaxing, dining and entertaining. Outdoor chairs, tables as well as a large Hammock is available for you to use.
Located on the side of the property is a comfortable spot for you to relax under the shade of the coconut trees. Should you want to cool down in the summer heat, a small swimming pool is also available and is suitable for younger children 5 years and above.
The apartment is suitable for both long and short term stay, and would be ideal for a couple/family or holiday makers in search of tranquility, privacy and a safe environment. Please note that the property is fully alarmed by Caudan Security services for our guests reassurance and safety.

One of the most popular attractions in Mauritius is to visit Casela Park, home to wildlife such as rare birds, wild big cats such as lions and cheetahs, and zebras. There are some exciting opportunities to have big cat encounters as well as fun activities such as zip lining, Segway and quad biking. Tourists travel from all over Mauritius to experience what Casela has to offer. All of this is only five mins drive from Sunset villa.
