Requirements:
•Minimum qualification: School Certificate (SC)
•Proficient in both French and English
•Strong computer literacy
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
•Punctual and detail-oriented
•Experience in customer care is a plus
•Responsibilities:
•Assist clients with travel inquiries, bookings, and reservations
•Communicate effectively with clients via email and phone
•Follow up on client inquiries and confirm reservations
•Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions
•Provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction
