📢 WE’RE HIRING – RESERVATION AGENT 🚤🌴
Tino Boats is growing, and we’re looking for a dynamic Reservation & Sales Agent to join our team!
You’ll be one of the first points of contact for our guests, helping them choose and book unforgettable experiences while ensuring their reservation is handled smoothly from enquiry to departure.
Your responsibilities:
• Answer WhatsApp, phone and email enquiries
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Prepare quotations, invoices and e-tickets
• Update reservations and daily planning
• Coordinate hotel pick-ups and guest requirements
• Follow up on enquiries and pending bookings
• Communicate daily planning with our operations team
• Contact guests regarding weather or operational changes
• Provide excellent customer service before and after their trip
We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Has excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Is confident speaking with guests and enjoys selling
✅ Is organised, responsible and detail-oriented
✅ Is comfortable using computers, email and WhatsApp
✅ Can remain calm and professional during busy periods
✅ Speaks and writes English and French
✅ Is available to work on a shift system
🕐 Working shifts:
07:00 – 15:00
14:00 – 22:00
Experience in tourism, hospitality, reservations or sales would be an advantage.
