De Nautilus Two is gebouwd door de beste scheepsbouwers van de Malediven met het allermooiste hout. Het schip is best groot en ruim biedt plaats aan 24 gasten, verdeeld over 12 hutten. Er zijn 10 hutten op het benedendek en 2 hutten op het middendek. Duikers, kitesurfers en zonaanbidders zijn hier welkom. Er is een ruime salon van 120 m² waar ontbijt, lunch en diner wordt geserveerd. De barman maakt de lekkerste cocktails voor je of misschien heb je liever een biertje van de tap? T

Er zijn verschillende plaatsen om heerlijk te relaxen: het grote zonnedek met ligstoelen; het achterdek waarvan je ook makkelijk het water inspringt om te zwemmen of te snorkelen; op het voordek staan comfortabele zitjes en zelfs een ruime whirlpool bath!

Zoek je een ruime liveaboard met authentieke uitstraling en een perfecte combinatie van luxe en duikplezier, dan is de Nautilus Two een zeer goede keuze voor een liveaboard op de Malediven.

🚨 A press release from the Ministry of Fisheries on August 15th has caused considerable unrest within the ocean conservation community and beyond.

The diving paradise 🏝️, once hailed as a model for sustainable fishing and protection, is planning to issue new licenses for longline fishing 🎣.

Similar plans emerged in 2021, but were not as concrete as the current ones. is one of the most destructive fishing methods and is heavily criticized for being a non-selective fishing method in which bycatch - including sharks - is unavoidable 🦈⚠️.

Although the current plan states that the targeted capture of sharks will remain prohibited, dead sharks found on longlines may be removed and landed. This could potentially be used as a loophole for shark fishing, which is deeply concerning to us as a shark conservation organization 😟.

In addition, these longlines also pose a deadly threat to other marine life, like dolphins 🐬, turtles 🐢, birds 🐦, and many more.

Many organizations are also warning that this development could negatively impact the local population and fisheries 🎣. Therefore, criticism is not only coming from NGOs and scientists, but also from the local community and fishermen 👥.

We at SHARKPROJECT view this development with great concern and are therefore in close communication with other NGOs and our partners on the ground 🌍 to fully understand the situation. Our goal is to work together to ensure the continued protection of sharks 🦈 as well as all other affected species in the 🌊.
