Just got our antigen test here in Cabo to go back home. American Medical Center (https://www.amchospitals.com) is open 8a-7p, 7 days a week for testing. Cost is 600 pesos ($35) per person, and results are ready in an hour. Go across the street to Tacos Gardenias and have a margarita while you wait for your results. You can also be tested at the airport for about $25, but get there at least an hour earlier that you normally would in order to depart on time.
