TIBURONES SEDOSOS

Es común ver tiburones sedosos moviéndose alrededor de las luces de las embarcaciones en las noches.
Las luces atraen pequeños peces y muchas veces también peces voladores, convirtiendo la superficie del océano en una zona llena de actividad.
Los silky sharks permanecen atentos, nadando en la oscuridad mientras aprovechan las oportunidades para alimentarse.
Momentos así muestran lo conectado y dinámico que es realmente el océano.

¡No pasa nada! 😊

Una de las habilidades que practicamos antes de sumergirnos es cómo vaciar la máscara bajo el agua. Solo levantamos ligeramente la parte inferior, soplamos suavemente por la nariz y listo.

¿Por qué tantos lobos marinos se suben a una boya teniendo toda la playa cerca?

Las boyas funcionan como pequeñas “islas seguras” para descansar.
Están rodeadas de agua profunda, lejos de molestias y les permiten reaccionar rápido ante cualquier peligro.

Además, los lobos marinos son animales muy sociales, por eso muchas veces terminan todos juntos peleando por un pequeño espacio.

La naturaleza siempre tiene comportamientos curiosos.

Buoys work like small “safe islands” where they can rest.
