Traveling to Europe? There are some Visa & Passport updates starting November 5! 🌍✈️

• Passports: Must be valid for at least six months beyond travel dates, with three blank pages for stamps and visas.

• Short-Stay Visas: Requirements vary by destination outside the EU/Schengen Area. Always check well in advance.

• EU & Schengen Area Travel: Starting November 2024, new border procedures will include fingerprinting and photos for entry. The 90-day limit for short stays remains, but visas are needed for longer stays or specific activities.

• Special Call-Out: Starting November 5, 2024, travelers will need a visa for the UK if staying longer than 90 days or for certain activities like work.

• ETIAS Authorization: From mid-2025, travelers from countries like the US, Canada, and UK will need an ETIAS travel authorization for short stays in the EU/Schengen Area.

• UK Transit Visas: Direct Airside Transit Visa or Visitor in Transit Visa may be required for short stops under 48 hours, with exemptions for US/Canadian visa holders.
