Considering the old team of criminals is still in place it´s a safe bet that the old tried and tested system is still in place of inviting people to a 90 minute timeshare presentation with the expectation of receiving a free gift at the end. The 90 minute presentation turns out to be 3-4 hours of high pressure sales tactics and intimidation. Cabo Viejo was famous for threatening to people on timeshare presentations with the threat of physical ejection from the property via security. So The Residence at la Vista will be continuing on with the same system.
