Hi Brittney,
Our family had an outstanding vacation! 15 of us through 4 generations and there was something for everyone. We all had Family Club rooms and I'm glad you pushed me to that upgrade, because it was so nice to have our dinners handled for us from the butler. We became friendly with other families who did not take the upgrade and they found dinner hard to get, but we never had an issue there.
Rooms were cleaned very well. The kids club was great. We found the food to be good. Not the best ever, but in terms of resort food we had no complaints at all. We took your advice to try the pizza and ice cream, and lets just say we went way more than once! The coffee shop was also a highlight.
The resort was a little confusing to navigate at first but the trolly would come by at any time to offer a ride and the boat transfer was a fun touch too. After 2 days I think we all had the layout down. And thanks for renting the scooter for my mom, that worked out very well. She really enjoyed the nighttime shows.
The beach had more seaweed than I would have liked but they did a nice job of keeping it contained and it did not stop the kids from swimming at all. The pools were fun and it was nice to try a new one each day since they all had a different feel to them. The small waterpark was a nice touch for the babies. I would like liked to see water slides for the older kids, but they certainly did not get bored!
Overall we had a great time and I would like to try this brand again in another location. Thanks for your help, you were wonderful to work with!
