Ceviche is one of the mots popular seafood dishes in Mexico, and obviously you eat it with tortilla, but toasted aka "tostada". Marinating fresh fish in lemon juice with different ingredients is what gives this amazing dish it's unique flavor and texture. Definitely a must if you visit Mexican Coasts.
