Our Story

2 fully equipped one bedroom apartments geared for short term rental. AC, wi fi, a fully stocked kitchen, quality bedding, weekly maid service, furnished with local art. Included are bicycles and snorkel gear

The construction took 10 months to complete and was the work of an island The common areas feature murals by both Erin Belkin & Almendra Gutiérrez. The gardens - which currently include 10 baby pitaya fruits - feature plants from Madeline Mason and Julian's Plantas y Jardines. The furnishings are from The Magic of Design & both apartments are equipped for all your needs down to room safes and blenders.

The outdoor pool area sports solar lighting, along with a recycling collection bin & all of the appliances are inverters designed to lessen the carbon footprint. Included in the rental are bicycles and snorkel gear.

Cozumel Apartments are located on Av. 25 Bis C #7 between C. 21 y C. 23.
