Nestled in the the Sac Bajo peninsula, the islands most exclusive neighborhood, the villa is only minutes walking to several excellent restaurants and just a short jaunt to all the Islands additional attractions. Gated entry and reception invite you to the courtyard embracing a 3 story stair hall and grand water wall feature. The formal entry leads to sitting area, family/ media room, the gallery, main floor powder & pool bath, plus a stunning kitchen adjacent to great-room style living and dining. Walls of folding doors open the entire great room to covered alfresco dining and lounging adjacent the ocean front infinity pool. The home offers 5 suites for a total of 12 guests in the main house. A separate casita may be available upon request. The bedrooms include a courtyard main floor king suite, a 2 bed Queen & Double suite with partial views, and 3 ocean front view King Suites including the Penthouse celebrating incredible 360 degree views. The villas additional offerings include: roof top lounge ample for events or yoga retreats, private lounging and swimming pool, ocean and beach side lounging , several outdoor showers , kayaks and paddle boards, outdoor grilling area, wireless internet, main floor audio, and access to our house manager to help make your stay as rewarding and enjoyable as possible. Breakfasts and daily housekeeping are included. Please inquire for private chef and wait staff rates and availability as well party and event fees and coordination. We currently have access to additional rooms in the vicinity for larger parties including various rates to include friends and family traveling on a budget. For larger Parties please inquire about 2 additional properties slated for occupancy by Feb 1 of 2016. Upon completion we will offer accommodations for 20+ guests in close proximity for conveniently hosting large wedding parties, beach weddings, receptions, reunions, as well as countless retreat options.
