Wellness here starts offshore, before sunrise, in a panga that goes out with hand lines and comes back with whatever the Pacific decided to give that morning.

Todos Santos does this better than anywhere. Desert on one side, open ocean on the other, salt in the air, and a town that has always eaten straight from the water in front of it. The fisherman mends his line in the shade. The catch comes in on the same beach it has come in on for generations. By evening it is on the table with red onion and lime, ready to enjoy with your family.
