Our Story

We fell in love with the Sea of Cortez. It is that simple. And we have lived and worked here ever since. Eco Migrations was founded in 2012, with the goal of sharing the incredible beauty of this place with visitors. We are inspired every time we go out on the sea, and we hope you are too. We offer several kinds of trips:

Day trips, which include swimming with whale sharks near La Paz (a half-day activity), and visiting Espiritu Santo Island (full day), where we can snorkel with sea lions, have lunch and then do some kayaking, paddleboarding or beach combing.

Camping trips. If you love nature, come spend a few nights on Espiritu Santo Island, a wonderful place. We rise early for a typical Mexican breakfast and then start exploring the island - kayaking, hiking, snorkeling. We have a delicious lunch either at camp or out in the field, and come back in time for our daily happy hour, a warm shower, dinner and bed. It is a wonderful rhythm that lets you connect with the special spirit of this place.

All our trips are fully customizable, kid-friendly, any diet-friendly. Join us today, and let us show you why we love this place so much.
