Rancho Las Palmas has 1 available unit for this season located on the second floor. Minimum 6 months @ 14,000 pesos and store your belongings for the other 6. This unit has 1 king size bed with ac, kitchen and living room combined. Fully furnished and includes fast internet & 500 pesos every 2 months towards your electricity. Secure parking, large pool, and lots of green space. We love dogs, but unfortunately, we have our quota this season. We are located close to the new pickle ball court on Calle Avillal in La Penita. Rancho Las Palmas tiene 2 apartamentos disponibles para Pascua y Semana Santa. 1 apartamento tiene 2 camas matrimoniales, el otro tiene 1 cama king. A 10 minutos en coche de tres playas diferentes a elegir. Cada unidad está completamente equipada y esperándote. Cada unidad cuesta 900/noche con una estadía mínima de 3 noches para 2 personas. Depósito de seguridad de 500 devuelto al salir si todo se deja en buenas condiciones. Estacionamiento seguro y lavandería en el lugar.Piscina grande. Rancho Las Palmas, La Penita, close to the new pickleball court, has availability now and taking reservations for next season. Looking for a quieter place yet still close to town? Situated amongst the pineapple fields and the mountains, there's lots of green space to chill and relax around the huge pool. Each unit is a 1 bedroom with ac, some with a king size bed, some with 2 double beds. Onsite laundry and parking. For more info, please message me.
Rancho Las Palmas, La Penita, cerca de la nueva cancha de pickleball, ya está disponible y acepta reservaciones para la próxima temporada. ¿Buscas un lugar más tranquilo pero cerca de la ciudad? Situado entre los campos de piña y las montañas, hay muchos espacios verdes para descansar y relajarse alrededor de la enorme piscina. Cada unidad tiene 1 dormitorio con aire acondicionado, algunas con una cama king size y otras con 2 camas dobles. Lavandería y estacionamiento en el lugar. Due to a cancellation, Rancho Las Palmas, has the months of December & January available this season for a 1 bedroom with 2 double beds on the second floor. Minimum 2 weeks: rate depends on dates. Monthly rate 19,000(x2) and includes utilities.
Next season, I have a lower 1 bedroom with 2 double beds available: minimum 6 months(14,000)and you can store your items in the unit when you leave. New laundry facilities on site, lots of green space, large pool, outdoor bathrooms, awesome tenants and more. Small dogs permitted. This new apt. complex is located in the valley(opposite side of the beach) close to the new pickle ball court. The last street before you cross the bridge into Guayabitos. Known as Camino a Vallejo, the street is Calle Avillal. A 15 minute easy walk to the highway and another 10 to the beach or the main avenue. I'm currently managing only Rancho Las Palmas, an 8 unit apt. complex in La Penita. 7 of the 8 units are booked year round starting in November, but I have some dates available for short term rentals only for one unit that accommodates 2.
