Changed things up a bit today and took a vintage Land Rover out around the plantation and the remains of the original hacienda, tasted fresh grapefruit and mandarin off the tree. Now we’re back on the bikes and headed to the cenotes! Ko’oX!! @ Uxmal, Yucatan, Mexico
