One of the best seafood taco spots that we know.
Here are a few of the teams favorites!
1. Zarandeado shrimp - marinated in dried chiles, citrus, garlic. Grilled until it picks up a light char. Smoky, a little tang, a little heat.
2. Battered shrimp - crispy, cabbage, tamarind mayo. Crunch with a sweet, acidic bite that cuts through it.
3.The costra - shrimp in chipotle cream with beans, pressed into a crispy cheese crust. Rich, a little smoky, everything working together.
4.Tuna carnitas - marinated, cooked down, finished with a slight crisp. Softer than you expect, still holds its bite.
Im sure you have tried the Horchata in Mexico before but this ... Ronchata packs an awesome punch to finish the meal with.
