Unit 3 - Two bedroom/two bathroom upper apartment with palapa
@$2400 usd/month (4 month minimum) Or 5-6 months at $2200 usd/month. Also available for 1 year lease @ $1500 usd/month starting anytime after May 1/25.

Includes utilites (Gas, Water and Electrical), Your own Fiber optic Wifi, Smart Tv, air conditioners, fans, full kitchens, shared laundry, shared bbq area, and heated pool. We are a short walk to the beautiful beach,restaurants, town square, local grocery stores and medical facilities.
