📖 RIVIERA GO STORIES…
Episode 1: They Ignored Everyone… Including Me! 😂

One of the funniest moments I’ve ever had with Riviera Go happened because my guests followed my advice… a little too well. 😂

Before they arrived, I warned them about the “Shark Tank” at the airport—the area where many salespeople approach visitors offering “free” tours, transportation, or vacation deals.

I told them:

“Don’t even make eye contact, look angry and Just say, ‘No thanks, someone is already waiting for us.’”

They took my advice very seriously.

I spotted them outside the terminal, already recognizing their luggage from the photo we had requested before their arrival. I walked up with a smile and said:

“Hello! Welcome! I’m Humberto. I’ll be your driver today.”

They looked at me and immediately replied:

“No. We already have someone waiting for us.”

I tried again.

“Yes… that’s me. I’m Humberto.”

“No thanks!”

Finally I laughed and said,

“I’m the Humberto who told you to ignore everyone!”

We all burst out laughing. 😂

From that day on, I started making one thing very clear to every guest:

Ignore anyone at the airport except the driver whose details I’ve already shared with you via message.

Travel creates the best stories, and I’m grateful to be part of so many of them.
