☀️ Great news: this year there will no longer be a sargasso (seaweed)on the coasts of Quintana Roo ☀️

Cancun, July 14 (Infoqroo).- The Caribbean Sea Environmental Monitoring and Climate Change Network confirmed its forecast issued on June 20 in the sense that there will be no sargasum on the coasts of Quintana Roo for the remainder of 2024.

The news is great news for the tourism sector, especially for hoteliers, who will be able to offer their guests clean beaches in the coming holiday seasons, especially in the summer season, which has already begun.

According to a message from its social media page, the Environmental Monitoring Network pointed out that the few remaining remnants of biomass of that macroalgae in Mexican Caribbean waters landed in past days due to the action of hurricane "Beryl".

"That will guarantee a 2024 summer vacation period completely free of sargassum," confirmed Hydrobiologist Esteban Amaro, director of the Quintana Roo Sargassom Monitoring Network.

He also specified that what has generated this special condition has been significant changes in the direction and speed of the main marine currents in the Caribbean, which lead the macroalgae to other points.

💥 Great news: this year it will no longer land sargassus on the coasts of Quintana Roo. 💥

🌬🌀Dear Hurricane Beryl: 🌬🌀

🙏Thank you for cooling the ocean, I'm sure the corals 🐠🌾 are celebrating.

🙏Thank you for renovating the forests, the jungles, cleaning the rivers and uniting the community.

🙏You remind us that the planet is alive and that it is warming up, pushing us to continue working and educating to make significant changes.

🙏Thank you for making us aware that we are only human, not superior to nature.

🙏Thank you for the families who now unite more, for the neighbors who help each other and for the thoughts and prayers of friends and family abroad.

BENEFITS OF STORMS:

✅They help cool the oceans, preventing the death of reefs and fish.

✅ They increase and clean the rivers, eliminating the accumulated garbage.

✅Its winds knock down old trees, giving way to new and stronger ones.

✅ They refress the atmosphere and purify the polluted air.

Nature follows its course from the beginning of creation and we must not alter that balance 🙏🏼.

Amen 🙏🏼.
