Kay, the owner and manager of Kay Tours, was born and grew up in Berlin, Germany and has lived in Playa del Carmen since 2012.
During his time in the Riviera Maya Kay worked for some of the biggest tour operators in the area. He quickly noticed a pattern of behaviour with the main issue being that they just don;t really care about customer services and ensuring each guest is satisfied.
This is why Kay Tours was born. An independent private tour company in Playa del Carmen, where each tour is customized to ensure all guests have the best possible experience with us.
