If you press see all units on the Maya Villa site.....you can see our condo which is 411.....We have changed the decor a bit to make it more modern,with an art print that I designed for the living area, but you will get a general idea....

The condo has two bedrooms/two baths/with a terrace overlooking the waterfall and gecko pool/courtyard.....

The beach club and huge gym( spinning classes/machines/yoga/boxing room.....) is included.....also you can use the pool situated right on the beach as well...

Maya villa is on the next street to the beach so it is only a two minute walk down the ruelle to the beach.....and a one minute walk to shops and restos on 5th Ave...etc....great location...no need for a car.

You can check the calendar on the site to see availability, and also the prices....If you are interested we could do much better on the price per night....

Let me know when you want to go and for how long....and I can give you a reduced price quote.......compared to the advertised prices.

We just returned from Playa with the whole family....This time of year , the water is like a bath so you can swim for hours without feeling chilled ....amazing and relaxing.

Compared to the( toutes inclu-all inclusive) hotels we used to stay at ....this is a refreshing change from the buffet line ups and overcrowded surroundings....

We love the varied restos and great quality food available all over Playa.....all water is purified in Playa and we have never had any problem regarding food or water.....

There is a Mega (huge supermarket) walking distance for groceries if you want to cook as well......
