Russ' Annual Boat Float and Splash usually scheduled for the Friday of Circus Mexicus is on! This year, the Float will be renamed the "Russ Black Memorial Splash" and a big part of the proceeds will be donated to his wife, Naomi.
As always, it is "first to sign up gets the tickets" - and limited to about 100 of you!
So, make your reservation soon!

Another heads up. I will be leading a caravan out Monday morning from the Reef RV park, we are 27 rigs in length. We plan on being on the main highway to Sonoyta at 9 am. If you heading up north tomorrow get on the highway before 9 or after 1030 and we wont be in your way.

A quick reminder.....our caravan is departing Peñasco tomorrow morning (Saturday March 12th) and will be on the highway north of the overpass at 8:30 am. We will travel the speed limit of 55 to Sonoyta where we will be escorted to the border by the Sonoyta Police department. If you want to avoid being in our caravan please consider leaving before us (8:00 is fine) or after we are on the road (9:30 is fine) US Border patrol knows we are coming and will assign extra agents at the Lukeville Port of Entry to aid in us getting across as fast as possible. This notice is for your convenience and I hope you understand that! Thanks!

Heads up again. Southbound caravan this Thursday at Lukeville / Sonoyta at 8 am. Then again another group heading north this Saturday from Peñasco on the highway at 8:30 am. Plan accordingly, thanks

Just a heads up for next Monday February 28th. We will be bringing in a large Caravan of Rvs from Sonoyta to Peñasco. We plan to cross the border heading south at about 9:45 - 10:00 Monday morning. We travel at 55 to 60 Mph and we leave space to pass every 3 rigs. If you are heading to Peñasco that morning please plan to get there before us (9:30 is good) or after us 11:00 am is good. This will alleviate stress for all concerned especially if you are in a hurry.

Tomorrow...yes Sunday March 14th...this group of 22 RVs will be making their way back to the border from Peñasco. Our plan is to start rolling at 8am. We will be on the main highway at 8:20 to 8:30 am. We travel at 60 mph with room between us to pass if you need to. However my suggestion is to leave just before 8 am or wait until 9 am to avoid us. Just another heads up. This is our last caravan until October. Drive safe out there.

First caravan to Mexico since C-19 started a year ago, these folks are vaccinated and live in their own bubble so we deemed it safe.
