A beautiful wood-burning fireplace is available for use (bring or buy your own wood). Complementary wireless high speed Internet is available, as is the satellite Dish Television Network on a 42-inch flat screen television. There is a DVD player (bring your own DVD’s) and a small library of DVDs. A Mexican phone land line allows for local calls. The covered beachfront patio has a charcoal BBQ, a wood burning fire pit, and an outside shower. There is patio furniture and beach chairs for guests use. The house includes a spacious 3-car garage with an electronic opener and is located at the end of a cul-de-sac.
