The Casitas, on either side of the walkway, are like studio apartments. They each have two queen beds, dressing/bath area, dining, living and kitchen areas. They can be rented separately or along with the main Townhome downstairs
.The middle court yard area has a large BBQ and beach access for Casita dwellers. Covered porch in front of the office, beach access and entrance to the East Townhome. Kitchen and Living Room on West side of Townhome. Living Room area on the West side. The sliding glass doors leads to the large beachfront porch. Master bedroom beach view from West side of townhome. East side Master bedroom is a mirror image. Guest Room in West side Townhome. All bedrooms have their own bath. Guest Room in the East Townhome. The kitchen area of the Casitas. Each offer a smaller refrigerator under bar area, sink, stove, microwave, coffee pot, dishes and silverware. The vanity in the bath area can be seen on far right. 2 Queen beds in each Casita and closet for hanging items. Casitas are perfect for smaller parties on up to families of four or five. Tides here are the second most drastic in the world and make the beach one of the most amazing places to explore. View off porch during low tide. The coral reef is full of life. We are located deeper in Las Conchas and the beach usually offers a very private feeling. Townhomes open up to this shared covered porch with plenty of seating for all. Time for some Dolphin watching!
‘Madre Del Mar’ is located in Las Conchas on the Sea of Cortez, just 3 miles east of the city of Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point). This is the Las Conchas Peninsula at high tide. We have kayaks and boogie boards for your enjoyment. We offer all concierge services.
