Plazamar is a privately-owned and operated condominium within walking distance of all services; unique restaurants, sidewalk cafes, shops, internet cafes, ATM machines, grocery stores, spas, water activities, gym, etc. There is abundant nightlife within a few blocks, but you'd never know it from inside the condo. It is very quiet and peaceful. The building is on a no-through road so there is no traffic noise either. 24/7 management and security.
