Puerto Morelos is the hidden gem of the Riviera Maya — just 15 minutes from the Cancun International Airport but a million miles away from the glittery Cancun hotel zone and the spring-break atmosphere of its other close neighbor, Playa del Carmen. Getting around town is easy. Taxis are readily available, walking to town is a 20-minute beach walk, or bicycles are available to guests on a first come first served basis. Important Update About Our Booking Availability!

Just a heads up — we've removed our listings from Airbnb and VRBO, so if you check those platforms, it'll look like we're completely booked. That's not the case!

While we're filling up quickly for next season, we still have openings from October 2026 through April 2027.

It was brought to my attention that a SCAMMER is posting our property for rent, collecting deposit money, and then ghosting the victims who realize the scam after they arrive in Puerto Morelos. This is a common scam with vacation rentals.
We DO NOT use a private, third party vacation rental company to book our properties. We use VRBO, Air B&B, and privatly through me.
You should only rent through known, reputable owners and agents. Do your research. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is!
