The loungers are still arguing about who gets better sun. The pool continues to act like it’s above the drama (while definitely not-so-subtly angling for center stage). The waterfalls submitted their second formal complaint this morning about “being cropped out of stories yet again.”

Meanwhile, the ocean? Didn’t even notice.

Too busy being infinite and magnificent and making everyone else look like background noise.

Honestly, the ocean doesn’t compete. It just is.

The loungers are still arguing about who gets better sun. The pool continues to act like it’s above the drama (while definitely not-so-subtly angling for center stage). The waterfalls submitted their second formal complaint this morning about “being cropped out of stories yet again.”

Subject: Ongoing Lounge Chair Shenanigans & Lack of Recognition

We, the undersigned waterfalls embedded tastefully along the north pool wall, would like to address the recent influx of attention given to poolside and beach loungers, as well as the pool itself.

While we applaud the pool’s attempt to mediate the ongoing rivalry, we feel it is necessary to remind all parties that we are the ones bringing the ambiance, the elegance, and the soothing spa vibes. Without us, the pool is just a big, wet blob.

We are pleased to note that our request for public recognition has finally been granted. Our time has come. Please enjoy our feature photo — taken from our best side, obviously.
