Naranja agria Yucateca and our regular naranja (right). This naranja agría has become very popular, this orange develped a very interesting flavor, sour - bitter that matches very well with any meat, salsa, vegetale, fruit! Found all year around in Yucatan Peninsula, the tree grows in rich calcium soil, very resistent to dry season. The orange is also very rich in anthiistaminic, being incredibly helpful with mosquito bites or problems on the skin!
