Naranja agria Yucateca and our regular naranja (right). This naranja agría has become very popular, this orange develped a very interesting flavor, sour - bitter that matches very well with any meat, salsa, vegetale, fruit! Found all year around in Yucatan Peninsula, the tree grows in rich calcium soil, very resistent to dry season. The orange is also very rich in anthiistaminic, being incredibly helpful with mosquito bites or problems on the skin!

Pepino - Cucumber! Oh, how to imagine Mexican cuisine without this tasty, healthy and ancient veggie. It has been with us for more than 3,000 years, native to India, then spread all over the world by trades and explorers. Introduced to North America and Caribbean by Columbus.
