Joya del Sol

Joya del Sol (Jewel of the Sun) is merely a shell’s throw from the beach -- out my door and onto the white-sand beach in 15 seconds. This ground-level home is as much like a “house” as a condominium can be – quality construction blocks external noise while fan-palms, hibiscus, and bougainvillea provide tropical atmosphere and privacy. Stress melts away as I step through my gate into the plant-enclosed entrance to the stained-glass front door with the blue-turquoise colors mirroring those of the sea. It is just far enough from the central Plaza to escape traffic and “busy-ness,” yet close enough to walk. With 2000 square feet of living areas, this two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is more spacious than any other that is located so conveniently to both beach and town. It is perfectly situated to maximize the refreshing sea breezes.
