So we went out a week or two ago with a group of friends here in Cabo. The venue was incredible but the food was less than thrilling and, unfortunately the service was atrocious. Anyway…Jimmy and our friend, James, both ordered the lasagne and gave it passé reviews. Well, I’ve been jonesin’ for lasagne ever since. So tonight’s chop-chop reflects that “awoolee” (sorry for the spelling…it’s some weird Italian word my family always uses in place of the word “yen”) I’ve been dealing with. So I now present to you my first lasagne in Cabo.
