Hector the Connector was awesome, this was a 5 Star tour! He took us on a tour of various restaurants representing different cooking styles and cultural variations. Our tour included the Molino tortilla factory, the Municipal Market, and various restaurants including Vera Cruz tostadas, Matzatlan camaron and frijoles, Yucatan style cochinita pibil, with our tour concluding with tequila tasting with Alan and Hibiscus Margaritas!
