This is a private cenote that Roberto took us to. An amazing local favorite in the Yucatán. Some ranchers discovered it while looking for water for cattle. This cenote is very rustic and not on the tourist maps! Entrance fee is by donation and there’s camping onsite but few other services. (next Year I’m planning to camp there )
We are alone there now swimming and enjoying the cavern, the only visitors that day and in peak season! Let me know and I’ll arrange my personal guide for you.

Nighttime by the pool. My favorite time.... Abel, the house poolman for 15 years, keeps it crystal clear. I think it’s the nicest feature of the home and its small person friendly with a shallow end but fun for big kids too with 5“ in the deep part.

#1 Cost $100. usd Per night for up to 6 people (babies free). Minimum 7 nights. Monthly rates $2500 usd.
#2 Availability this winter December 1-31 and January 1-10 as well as April and May 2021
#3 Casa has maid and caretaker Included weekly. You just relax and we do all the cleaning. We thoroughly disinfect the house, pool and garden areas and unlike a hotel, there is often a week between guests with only 3 staff having access. You’ll never share your space with strangers.
#4. Location is in an quiet residential neighborhood, a 5 minute walk to restaurants, shopping, beach and marina. 15 minutes to the ferry and Coz airport. Two hour commute from Cancun.
#5. Fully furnished & equipped. Newly renovated and freshly painted two bedroom, two bathroom, large garden & pool. Clean, modern kitchen with linens and dishes.
