Otoch is a 40-minute introduction to Mexico; the entrance is $10 USD p/p, and includes tequila & chocolate tasting and Mayan dancing. Souvenirs include jewelry, flavored tequilas, Mexican chocolates, raw honey from the Yucatan and more. This unique tour is located in 10 de abril, just behind Hotel Casa Colonial Cozumel. Reservation required.
