We won an award!!

Thank you everyone who travelled with us this past season and helped with reviews on TripAdvisor. We just won another Traveller's Choice award for 2026!!

We have all our dates and prices online and are taking bookings for next Winter and are finalising a summer gettaway tour to the cool highlands of Michoacan.

If you are interested in anything we have on our calendar, want to chat about options or just get some travel advice, please get in touch.

Apart from a few days here and there we are open all year, not just seasonally. Our office hours are 10am to 12.30pm Monday to Friday, and email, Whatsapp, messenger, etc anytime.

ZZ Top Concert in Guadalajara November 8th - 10th

Join us on a 3 day trip to Guadalajara later this year to see ZZ Top in concert and also have some fun touring the capital of Jalisco and some nearby sites (You can also take the tour and not go to the concert if you wish to).

Tickets for the concert are selling out quickly so decide soon so as not to be disappointed.

Below you will see a map of the auditorium and the prices for each section. The tickets we can purchase on your behalf and will be at cost.

$9,500 pesos per person based on 2 sharing
$11,000 pesos single person

Itinerary:
8th Nov:
Travel from Melaque / Barra to Tonalá for free time and shopping before transfer to the beautiful colonial 5* Hotel Morales for the evening

9th Nov:
After breakfast in the hotel we will visit Tlaquepaque and its beautiful galleries, shops and restaurants. We will return to the hotel in the afternoon with plenty of time to prepare before heading to the concert.

Our bus will take us and bring us back from the concert to the hotel

10th Nov:
Following breakfast we will transfer to Tequila for a premium tour of the Jose Cuervo distillery and a guided tasting session afterwards. There will also be free time before we return to the coast.

NOTE: there are very few tickets left in the sections that cost between $1,736 pesos & 2,008.75 pesos.

Day of the Dead tour - Yucatán

This week long trip will take you to a part of Mexico you may know, but that celebrates Day of the Dead in a very different way to other parts of the country that you may have witnessed or read about.

Our tour will take you to local events where you will be a welcomed participant rather than just an observer as is usual in many places. We will visit small communities such as Sisal with their decorated boats parade through the local lagoon, Santa Elena to cook traditional Yucatecan Día de Mu***os food (mucopibil) and learn about the altars in the area. and of course take part in the Paseo de las Animas in Mérida to guide the dead from the church in Santa Isabel to the graveyard to be with their loved ones on these days.

We will also travel on the Tren Maya (Maya Train) to Chichen Itza, swim in a cenote and visit other important archaeological sites in the region.

Travel / flights: Due to the route and timing of this tour, if you are not in the Costalegre area of Mexico, we can coordinate flights and onward travel from Mexico City or you can arrive to Merida directly too if that is an option and we will adjust the cost accordingly for the tour. and at the end of the tour you can leave via Mexico City when we stop there for our layover, or equally depart from Merida if it works out for you.

We have been having a fun week from Chiapas to Mérida as part of our Tren Maya tour. Today we saw hundreds of flamingos and are finishing the day with the Maya ball game - Pok ta Pok.

Tomorrow haciendas and cenotes.

We will be offering this tour next season, as well as 2 new routes in the Mayan region (Chiapas, Yucatán & Quintana Roo) of Mexico as well as a day of the Dead tour (details coming soon).
