Ireland June 2026 Summer Solstice Retreat - We’re super excited to offer one of Ireland’s most unique experiences on the Wild Atlantic Way at Wild Atlantic Seaweed Baths.

Relax in an Irish whiskey barrel filled with hot ocean water and locally hand-harvested seaweed while enjoying panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Cliffs of Moher. Rooted in nearly a century-old Irish tradition, seaweed baths are renowned for their skin-healing properties, relief from aches and pains, and improved sleep. Guests are guided to their private bath, where warm ocean water is topped with fresh seaweed poured from a vintage steel bucket. For added exhilaration, guests can alternate pure relaxation with cold ocean plunge barrels, followed by the hot tub and Sea Foam Sauna.

As part of our Ireland retreat, we’re honored to gather at Doolin Yoga Studio for a deeply restorative yoga and sound healing experience, followed by a wholesome plant-based lunch. The session is led by studio owner Trisha McDonell, whose offerings invite profound rest and renewal.

✨Happy Winter Solstice from Grange Stone Circle ✨(Ireland’s largest stone circle that is around 4,000 year old). We also found another smaller stone circle and bonfire in the field nearby. 💚

May the longest night call us inward, into stillness, silence, and sacred rest. It is a time to release what the past year has carried and to rekindle the inner light that guides renewal and growth and endless potential in the year to come.

This Blue Flag beach is celebrated for its powerful, playful waves that have made it a world-class surfing haven.
