Our home is located a short walk from two fabulous beaches located in the gorgeous little town of Sayulita, Mexico, located just 40 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta. While being away from the hustle and bustle of more touristy areas in Mexico, it still had a good mix of entertainment, restaurants, art galleries to mention just a few things. uly felt like we had found a place that we could come back to again and again to relax and unwind while still learning about a culture different than our own. The home is located in a mixed neighborhood of Mexican nationals, vacation rentals, and permanent residents from Canada/US. English is widely spoken in Sayulita, but efforts to speak Spanish are welcomed and appreciated. Upon completion of remodeling, the home will have a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom unit on the main floor, a 1 bedroom/2 bathroom unit on the 2nd floor with an extra bedroom(with ensuite and private living room) located upstairs that can be rented with the 3 bedroom unit to make it a 4 bedroom unit. Both units have private outdoor areas to relax and enjoy the Sayulita sunshine with a shared pool on the main floor.
