What began as a simple wish to make toys for her children became more than 30 years of exploring the sculptural possibilities of felt. Today, Marjolein transforms soft wool fibres into wearable art, immersive installations and organic forms that seem almost alive. Her work has even been featured in costumes created for Cirque du Soleil.

Working from her forest studio in Québec, she draws endless inspiration from the textures, patterns and quiet rhythms of the natural world, proving that one of the oldest textile techniques can still create something completely unexpected.

Some colours can only exist because people chose to keep making them.

Hidden among the limestone mountains of northern Vietnam, the Nùng An community continues to grow indigo, harvest wild yam and other native plants, prepare natural dyes, and weave textiles using knowledge passed down through generations. Every colour begins in the landscape, and every textile reflects a deep relationship between people, place and craft.

For Vietnamese textile designer Thao, Cao Bằng became much more than a source of inspiration. Over the years, she has built lasting relationships with Nùng An artisans, learning alongside them and bringing their ancestral knowledge into her own contemporary textile practice.

During their apprenticeships with **Kees**, both Flo and Karishma discovered what makes Land Art so powerful. Working with stones, branches, leaves and whatever the landscape offered, they created knowing that nature would eventually reclaim their work.

By the next day, wind, rain and time had already begun to reshape it.

Instead of making the experience feel fleeting, it made it more meaningful.
